Colors For Rickenbacker®

These materials are similar to those found on Rickenbacker® guitars and basses.

Black

Opaque black plexiglass. The Rickenbacker® standard of the 90's.

White (Semi-Opaque)

Semi-opaque white plexiglass. The Rickenbacker® standard. Has a light greyish cast. You can see some shadows behind it.

White (Opaque)

Opaque white plexiglass. Rickenbacker® used this type of material for a few years in the 80's and 90's. You cannot see through it.

White Back-Painted

Clear plexiglass with white paint on the back. A Vintage Rickenbacker® look that has a bit more depth than the opaque white.

Antique White

Clear plexiglass with antique white paint on the back for a creamy white color. Great to match aged binding and other plastic parts.

Gold

Clear plexiglass with gold metallic paint on the back for a late 50's Rickenbacker® look.

Vintage Gold (Copper)

Clear plexiglass with copper-gold metallic paint on the back for a vintage reissue Rickenbacker® look. This shade was used on the 1980's reissues.

Late 50's & Early 60's Gold (Brass)

Clear plexiglass with brass-gold metallic paint on the back found on late 50's & early 60's Rickenbacker® instruments. The new Rickenbacker® standard since 2005.

Silver

Clear plexiglass with silver metallic paint on the back. Rickenbacker® doesn't offer this option, but it goes great with Jetglo.
