It’s hard to believe, but it’s been fifty years since John Lennon penned those famous words. I guess we still have a long way to go!
Sadly, we some truly great musicians and music industry legends in 2019… Jim Dunlop Sr. (guitar accessories), Joe Hardy (producer), Peter Tork (The Monkees), Hal Blaine (Wrecking Crew), Dick Dale (King of the Surf Guitar), Scott Walker (Walker Brothers), Eric Moore (The Godz), Leon Redbone, Dr. John, Art Neville (The Neville Brothers), Eddie Money, Ric Ocasek (The Cars), Kim Shattuck (The Muffs) and Ginger Baker (Cream)…to name a few.
I still believe that if we all join together, we can make the world a better place! I want to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and the happiest of holidays, no matter what you celebrate! Let’s toss aside our differences and vow to make 2020 and beyond better by giving peace a chance for a change!
