It’s hard to believe, but it’s been nearly fifty years since John Lennon penned those famous words. I guess we still have a long way to go.
We lost fewer rock legends this past year, but we still managed to lose some truly great musicians…”Fast” Eddie Clarke, Nokie Edwards, Matt “Guitar” Murphy, Aretha Franklin (The Queen of Soul), Tony Joe White (Polk Salad Annie), Roy Clark and Pete Shelley…to name a few.
I still believe that if we all join together, we can make the world a better place! I want to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and the happiest of holidays, no matter what you celebrate! Let’s toss aside our differences and vow to make 2019 and beyond better by giving peace a chance for a change!
